The annulment process is very similar to that of a divorce, however, unlike a divorce, at the finalization of an annulment process instead of being labled "divorced," you will be labled "single," or "never married." In most aspects, you will be treated as though you had never been married.
Unlike a divorce, you have to legall qualify for an annulment. The state of Utah requires that you make a sufficient showing that your spouse committed an act of fraud that cuts to the heart of the marriage. In other words, you must show that if not for the fraud your spouse committed, you would not have agreed to marry.
